These terms govern your use of Coterie's concierge service, including enquiries made through our website and our Instagram and Facebook accounts.
Coterie helps you find and book discounted premium-cabin flights. Quotes are indicative until a concierge confirms live availability and an all-in price. Fares, availability and airline rules can change at any time and are only guaranteed once a ticket is issued.
A booking is confirmed only when we issue a ticket in your name and payment is completed. Changes, cancellations and refunds follow the fare rules of the specific ticket, which we explain before you book.
By contacting us on Instagram or Facebook you agree that we may reply to you on those platforms to assist with your enquiry. Some replies may be prepared with the help of automated tools and reviewed by our team. You can ask us to stop messaging you at any time.
Please don't misuse the service, send unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt our systems.
We arrange travel with third-party airlines and partners and are not responsible for their acts or omissions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
